- DVD: the size of a pancake or waffle

- Deck of cards: 3 oz serving of meat

- Postage stamp: size of a pat of butter

- Golf ball: one serving of peanut butter

- Baseball: one cup of dry cereal; one serving of fruit

- 4 dice: one serving of cheese

- Post-it note: the size of a brownie or slice of cake

- Computer mouse: the size of a baked potato
